Ordering for your personal use? You are welcome to shop retail for your personal use. Simply add the products you are interested in to your cart and check out. You can create a retail/personal use account by choosing the option in the upper right hand corner of the website. Choose PayPal or credit card at checkout. Signup for our newsletter and receive discounts codes for your orders.
Drop Shipping: We ship direct to your customer on your behalf. We create a packing list with your name and put your name on the package return label so it looks as if the shipment came direct from you. We never include pricing. There is a monthly service fee of $5.99 for drop ship accounts. Your only fees are product cost, shipping and your monthly drop ship service fee. Accounts that ship at least 20 or more packages a month will have this fee waived. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org after you sign up for a wholesale account so we can change you over to drop ship.
MAP pricing: Manufactures have new MAP pricing for re-sellers. Wholesale customers reselling the product must adhere to MAP pricing. You can sell higher priced but not advertised lower online than prices listed here. Failure to adhere to pricing may be disadvantaged or loose certain product availability.
Wholesale Payment Methods: Credit cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Other Payment Methods: Wire Transfers, COD (wholesale only with prepaid shipping), Money Order, Bank Deposit & Paypal.
Wholesale Pricing: Wholesale pricing is based on your order dollar amount. The more you buy the lower your price. There is a $200 minimum order required for wholesale pricing. Wholesale Shipping: Shipping rates depend on the quantity and type of product ordered. Standard FedEx, UPS and DHL shipping rates apply. Please email or call for a quote. Ask about shipping discounts for 200lbs or more shipped to a commercial area. (If shipping with DHL or UPS reduced rates also apply to residential) Ordering by container? We can ship with our semi-truck to your location! Container size is 40-48 ft and holds approx 1800-2000 blankets. Ask for a quote today!
Returning Merchandise: If you purchased wholesale you may exchange your merchandise if in original packaging/condition within 30 days of purchase. We do not reimburse any shipping of any kind at any time. There is a 10% restocking fee on all exchanges. If you need to return merchandise, please request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Merchandise damaged during shipping: All shipments are fully insured, and damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly. If a package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. Should damage occur during shipment, notify Shipper (UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS) immediately then contact us. Do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by shipping inspectors may be necessary. Please take pictures of item and packaging. If a Parcel Post package arrives damaged, have a local postal clerk verify the damage, then notify us.

We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
